About
Mary Magdalena
Now is her time
In her time and culture, women who spoke out risked death. Yet Mary Magdalena’s courage never wavered.
As she boldly proclaimed her message, Jesus, she embodied fearless devotion. She taught—by example—the true meaning of faith in action.
Now more than ever, we seek to follow in her footsteps.
Magdalena Energy Sessions
Beyond the Physical
Energy work can provide an opportunity to experience yourself as more than a physical or mental being. Entering into a peaceful, expanded state can bring benefits to body, mind, and spirit.
A Magdalena Energy Session is an opportunity to experience the unique vibrational frequencies of Mary Magdalena.
Energy Session FAQs
What is a Magdalena Energy Session?
For a Magdalena Energy Session, you will meet your practitioner in person in a quiet, sacred space. While fully clothed, you will lay on a treatment table (or rest in a chair if more comfortable) in a relaxed state. Your practitioner will move her/his hands a few inches above your body in a specific sequence. Through this process, s/he will work with your energy system (subtle anatomy), including your aura and chakras. The practitioner may also work energetically with organs or various body systems.
I’d like to know more about Magdalena Energy Practitioners.
Magdalena Energy Practitioners have completed 124 hours of coursework, including on-site training and a course in ethics. They have also finished a practicum of 25 evaluated practice sessions. They have received initiation from Her Holiness Sai Maa into the Magdalena Healing frequencies.
The Magdalena Practitioner Program emphasizes not just study but embodiment of the Magdalena frequencies. The program focuses on preparing students to receive and anchor the high frequencies of the Magdalena energies, both in themselves and for their clients.
Practically speaking, a Magdalena Energy practitioner can emanate the Magdalena frequencies in any setting, personal or professional. During a formal Magdalena Energy Session, s/he aligns herself with these frequencies exclusively, becoming a conduit for them to serve the client through an established protocol.
What is a Magdalena Healing Society Member?
Magdalena Healing Society Members have completed 124 hours of coursework, including on-site training and a course in ethics. Upon approval, they have received initiation from Her Holiness Sai Maa into the Magdalena Healing frequencies.
Magdalena Healing Society Members focus on emanating the Magdalena Healing frequencies in their coaching, teaching, and healing practices. Many Magdalena Healing Society Members are also Certified Magdalena Energy Practitioners, having completed an additional 25-hour practicum.
I’d like to know more about Student Magdalena Energy Practitioners.
Students of the Magdalena Healing program offer Student Magdalena Energy Sessions during their practicum period, the final phase of their initial training. Your student practitioner has studied intensively for almost a year, completing 124 hours of coursework and hands-on learning.
The Magdalena Healing Program emphasizes not just study but embodiment of the Magdalena frequencies. The program focuses on preparing students to receive and anchor the high frequencies of the Magdalena energies, both in themselves and for their clients.
Each student practitioner has been initiated by Her Holiness Sai Maa into the Magdalena Healing Frequencies and offers sessions as part of the process of earning certification.
Where can I expect to experience a Magdalena Energy Session?
Magdalena Energy Sessions occur in a sacred, quiet setting, ideally dedicated exclusively to energy work. With careful attention and preparation, your practitioner can transform almost any space into a reverent container for your session. Soft, soothing music is typically played, and you may request silence. You will have the option to use pillows and blankets to ensure your comfort.
How should I prepare for a session?
To physically prepare, we recommend you hydrate well for the 24 hours before, and ensure that you have eaten a light meal before your session. Avoid a heavy meal, since it will divert the body’s energy to digestion, hampering its ability to receive the most from your session. Avoid alcohol and any recreational drugs for at least 24 hours prior.
Before your session, you will meet with your practitioner. Please share any physical needs or discomforts you have, and your preferences for music, temperature, etc. Your practitioner will explain how a session is conducted in more detail and answer any questions you have.
What should I wear to a session?
Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended. We ask that you avoid heavy perfumes and lotions if possible. Your practitioner can place your jewelry and glasses nearby for you. You will remove your shoes and eyeglasses.
What should I do during a session?
There is nothing you need to do during your session. Simply open yourself to the experience as much as you can. Allow it to unfold.
If you feel discomfort of any kind (too hot, music too loud, emotional or physical disturbance, etc.), share this with your practitioner immediately.
What should I do after a session?
For maximum benefit, give yourself time to rest after your session. Also, drink plenty of water (purified or spring water preferred).
If you have experienced a Student Magdalena Energy Session, please submit your client survey within 48 hours of your session. Surveys are confidential.
